Compensation Report - Real Estate Investment Manager

George was instructed by the COO of a privately owned UK real estate investment manager to provide a compensation report and review of its organisational structure, specifically the investment and finance divisions.

We began by compiling live market data on base salaries, carry and bonus structures, pension and benefits (including flexible working and hours). The data was collated from a wide range of sources including: surveying senior HR, recruitment and department heads  across the market; utilising statistical  data provided by McKinsey, Deloitte, RICS and LinkedIn; surveying active and passive market participants to gather sentiment on pay and job satisfaction.

Our report was completed in six weeks and provided detailed commentary across each specific job role and level of seniority within the client organisation.  The client acted upon the findings of our report to restructure its investment team and, in doing so, created two new roles that Strand Hill then successfully recruited.
