Senior Finance Business Partner
Salary: £70,000/yr - £80,000/yr + bonus
A FTSE250 Commercial Property Company is looking to onboard a Senior Finance Business Partner
The business is responsible for some of the largest and most well known development schemes in London, putting placemaking at the heart of what they do. The business currently has one operational site with a value in excess of £3bn and a number of active development schemes with GDVs ranging from £1bn – £2Bn +. It is responsible for regenerating some of the most run-down areas of London, creating job opportunities, sustainable communities and social spaces where people want to be.
As a Finance Business Partner you would specifically be partnering with the development team providing insightful analysis to improve decision making, helping directly to drive commercial value and profitability across a number of schemes.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant; have a track record of improving operational performance; and have a passion for working with non-financial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with Development Directors & Managers to provide cash flow forecasts, financial appraisal and analysis on active schemes to improve decision making
- Preparation and presentation on monthly board pack, identifying key financial metrics and providing insightful commentary and analysis on variance
- Supporting the HO Business Partnering in improving visual data analytics tools (Power BI) to aid non-financial stakeholders in understanding the numbers
- Helping prepare group annual budget and five year strategic plan, whilst also ensuring each development schemes KPIs are in line with the wider groups financial objectives
- Ad-hoc support across the business to drive efficiencies and process improvements
Key Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- At least one year’s experience working within the property industry. Ideally within a management accounting, FP&A or business partnering pathway
- An ability to work with non-financial stakeholders and support their needs, telling the story behind the numbers
- A understanding of what drives value across a property business and the ability to identify operational efficiencies
